How embedded is email in your life? Do you wake up in the morning and the first thing you do after shutting off the alarm clock on your mobile device is check if there are urgent emails that need your prompt reply? Yup, I do that too. I also have my morning coffee in front of my laptop while reading through important emails from colleagues before I drop my kid off at preschool.
